Design, build, and test two-phase cooling products for data centers

Draft proposals, write papers, and present research findings at conferences

Develop advanced concepts for two-phase cooling and author patent applications

Qualification

Thermo-fluids backgroundPh.D. in relevant fieldTwo-phase heat transferInnovative mindsetCommunication skills

Required

0 to 3 years of experience in the industry

Well-rounded Thermo-fluids background: both modeling and experimental experiences

Ph.D. in Mechanical, Chemical engineering, or any other heat transfer-related discipline

Preferred

Background building and testing hardware related to two-phase heat transfer (boiling, condensation, thermosyphons, pumped two-phase cooling, heat pipes, etc.)

Post Doctoral experience is a plus, but not mandatory
