Responsibilities
Ensure Compliance: Process and maintain state authorization applications, adhering to all relevant regulations and NC-SARA guidelines
Accurate Reporting: Submit timely and accurate regulatory reports to the National Student Clearinghouse and other governing bodies
Data Integrity: Manage student data within NSC, researching and resolving discrepancies to ensure compliance
Stay Informed: Proactively research and monitor changes in state and federal regulations, staying current on industry best practices
Clear Communication: Respond to inquiries from stakeholders regarding compliance procedures and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
Minimum of one year of experience in a technical or research-oriented role
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet critical deadlines
Preferred
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and higher education platforms (e.g., Campus Solutions)
Familiarity with compliance resources such as NSC, NSLDS, SHEEO, and NC-SARA
