Business Development Manager (Texas/South Central Region)
RF Connect is a team of industry leaders transforming connectivity, seeking a Business Development Manager to represent the company in a consultative role. The role involves identifying and closing new business, managing existing accounts, and engaging in sales and technical discussions with clients.

Responsibilities
Establish, build, and manage client relationships
Aggressively close sales
Responsible for achieving sales goals & maintain sales plans for achievement
Interact with customers at the technical level, as required
Remain current on relevant technical information by attending meetings, conferences, task forces, and events
Identify existing DAS venues with no Maintenance contract and propose a support plan
Client presentations and preparation of proposals and documents
Apply RF Connect standard processes throughout the design and fulfillment of wireless solutions
Perform a variety of activities and functions to support the company and help broaden your knowledge of the business
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in consultative sales with complex, high technology solutions
Experience in one of the following: Telecommunications, Networking, Wireless, Cellular, Facility industry desired
Ability to work as team member

High school diploma (or equivalent) required
Must be capable of lifting within regulatory limits
Regular business travel required
In accordance with customer site requirements, COVID vaccination may be required prior to entry
Preferred
Bachelors degree in Business/Communication (or related field) from an accredited institution, or an equivalent combination of experience, certification(s), and education
