Responsibilities

Process a high volume of invoices in an accurate and timely manner using Workday

Ensuring correct coding of invoices to the relevant spend category, cost center and approver

Provide supporting documentation for audits

Promptly and professionally addressing any discrepancies or issues with suppliers regarding invoices or payments

Aid in troubleshooting invoices pending in queue

Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive supplier relationships

Required

A high school diploma or GED is required

2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting

Strong data entry skills and attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in work

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software

Knowledge of basic accounting principles and accounts payable procedures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Must have the ability to utilize reasoning and common sense to resolve problems

Preferred

Familiarity with Workday is preferred
