Customer Service BDC Agent
BMW of the Main Line is a premier luxury car dealership located in Bala Cynwyd, PA. As a Customer Service BDC Agent, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries related to service appointments, providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact.

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
Assist customers with scheduling service appointments
Update customer records accurately in the CRM system
Provide information on promotions and specials
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in customer service or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in computer systems and CRM software
Experience with phone, computer (Excel spreadsheets), customer relations required
Must have great communication and people skills
A team player with an outgoing, positive attitude is a must
