Responsibilities

Perform the input and manipulation of property and fund data into the multi-investor upper-tier financial model for evaluation of project feasibility

Provide support in the fund due diligence process, including summarizing fund metrics and reviewing data provided by account managers

Revise and update upper-tier financial models to ensure consistency of underwriting practices and soundness of fund structure

Provide reporting on a weekly basis for Production revenue and profitability, and for current and prospective fund metrics. Ad hoc reporting is also required

Work with Production, Fund Management, and Asset Management to prepare and update presentations for prospective and recurring investors

Prepare drafts of responses for industry-wide surveys collected by national accounting and consulting firms

Provide support to Capital Officers for preparation of materials for annual investor meetings along with other ad hoc requests

Due to the fast-paced nature of the responsibilities for this position, extended days and weekends may be required
