Responsibilities
Provide expertise in water and wastewater conveyance systems including planning, system modeling, pipeline and interceptor route analyses, pipeline design, bidding, and construction phase services
Manage and build client relationships
Develop project scopes, proposals, and schedules
Manage project budgets
Coach, mentor and develop team engineers and staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (from ABET Accredited Civil Engineering Program)
10-15 years of experience in water/wastewater municipal infrastructure projects
3-5 years direct project management experience
High degree of technical expertise
Knowledge of associated design criteria
Experience providing construction management for municipal public works projects
A Texas PE license or ability to obtain in six months
