Responsibilities

Set up new 410A referrals in POCPro and CaseAware systems by entering referral data, establishing key deadlines, and assigning tasks to team members

Complete each 410A referral within one hour of receipt

Prepare 410A Parts 1–5, including debt, arrears breakdowns, post-payments due, and a detailed history ledger supporting arrears justification

Conduct a thorough review of all provided data within 48 hours of receipt and request any missing information necessary for completion

Complete Bankruptcy 410A forms within client-defined timelines for standard and rush requests

Perform ongoing system updates related to step dates, completions, and reprojections in POCPro and CaseAware

Monitor pending files and follow up weekly (or as needed) until completion

Provide revisions and respond to inquiries promptly within applicable timeframes
