Responsibilities
Serve as the technical owner and system administrator for our core EPM platform, responsible for the technical roadmap and integrity of the system
Design and govern the critical data pipeline between the EPM system and high-stakes downstream platforms, including executive reporting systems and our self-service analytics environment, Foundry
Execute configuration, maintenance, and enhancement projects with an eye toward long-term scalability and governance
Architect and write complex workflows, business rules, models, and calculation logic to automate core financial processes
Serve as the technical owner and project lead for complex, cross-functional projects involving the EPM system, managing all technical requirements, conversions, and stakeholder alignment
Define, prioritize, and drive the technical roadmap for integrating the EPM system with upstream/downstream sources
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience owning and leading finance system implementations and operating in a fast-paced, hyper-growth organization
Ability to operate in ambiguity with minimal oversight and lead large-scale, cross-functional projects from definition to successful execution
Proven leadership and ability to work cross-functionally to drive business system and process optimization efforts
Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate complex issues, analyze data, and piece together disparate information from several data sources
A strong aptitude for applying engineering best practices— such as version control, audit-ability, and scalability— to financial modeling and process automation
Proven ability to influence strategic alignment across Finance, IT, and Executive Leadership by translating complex architectural and technical designs into clear business impact
Experience with EPM systems (e.g., Oracle EPM, Anaplan, OneStream)
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion), Salesforce, and Palantir Foundry
