They are seeking a part-time Business Intelligence Solutions Coordinator to support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of internal databases, workflows, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Maintain, update, and improve internal database systems
Collaborate with database users to gather feedback, understand needs, and ensure effective adoption of systems and workflows
Support data collection, cleaning, and organization across programs and internal functions
Assist in analyzing data and producing reports and dashboards for internal/external stakeholders and business development
Help centralize and standardize programmatic information to improve operational efficiency
Contribute to building and maintaining automations that integrate data from multiple sources
Participate in improving database structures, documentation, and workflows based on user feedback and observed inefficiencies

Qualification

Data systems experienceAirtable proficiencySQL exposureData visualization skillsCollaboration skillsProblem-solving skillsAttention to detail

Required

1-3 years of experience in data systems, operations, analysis, or workflow/process improvement
Familiarity with Airtable (bases, formulas, interfaces, automations) or similar relational database tools
Interest in relational databases, data modeling, ETL pipelines, and automation
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
Ability to communicate clearly, gather user input, and support adoption of internal tools
Collaborative, resourceful, and proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
Data storytelling and visualization skills, including dashboard and report creation
Completion of a bachelor's degree

Preferred

Basic experience or exposure to SQL, Python, or JavaScript is a plus but not required
Experience working with and/or building APIs is a plus
