Senior Analytics Engineer

Responsibilities
Implement and maintain logic that transforms raw healthcare data, from diverse sources (claims and EMR), into usable data for analytics use cases (e.g. reporting, predictive modeling)
Develop feature stores and ML Ops frameworks to support, implement, and monitor risk stratification models
Work closely with data operations and analytics to test and validate pipelines, ensuring smooth integration with existing health systems and EMR workflows
Analyze large datasets across multiple sources, ensuring robust data integration and alignment to support comprehensive insights

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline
2 years' experience utilizing cloud-based tools to deploy machine learning frameworks utilizing Azure and MLFlow
4 years' experience utilizing python and SQL to develop analytical pipelines
Understanding of clinical data analysis
Experience working with data derived from Electronic Medical Records and Administrative claims preferred
Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite of products including Outlook and Teams
Able to work effectively in a primarily remote environment: Home internet must support a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps. Cable, Fiber, or DSL connections hardwired to the internet device are recommended
Evergreen will provide remote employees with telephony applications and equipment to meet the business requirements for their role
Employees must work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
Preferred
Experience working with data derived from Electronic Medical Records and Administrative claims preferred
