Actively listen to determine customer needs
Tell great stories and educate consumers about products
Work in a fast-paced environment
Make the most of down time on slower days
Be available for irregular shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Lift up to 50lbs
Qualification
Required
Outgoing with a positive attitude
Passion for people and for wine, cider and/or craft beverages
Ability to actively listen to determine customer needs
Ability to tell great stories and educate consumers about products
Detail-oriented
Problem solver
Enjoy a fast-paced environment
Ability to make the most of down time on slower days, supervised or unsupervised
Availability for 5-20 hours per week initially with potential for increased hours and responsibility
Weekend availability, especially Saturdays
Service industry or customer service experience
Must be available for hire by the end of June
Must be 21 or older
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50lbs
