Responsibilities

Lead and develop Manufacturing Engineering teams, providing functional direction, coaching, and performance management

Own capital equipment strategy, including forecasting, upgrades, and replacement planning for production equipment and facility systems

Drive engineering compliance and standardization aligned with SOPs, work instructions, and functional best practices

Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, yield, throughput, and cost reduction

Partner with customers and strategic account teams to support product introductions and site transitions

Implement and track engineering metrics to support data-driven decisions and consistent execution

Required

Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in an engineering or related field

7+ years of advanced manufacturing engineering experience

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and engage with customers at a senior level
