Regulatory Legal Assistant

LHH is seeking an experienced legal assistant with a passion for environmental and regulatory law. This role involves supporting attorneys on impactful cases and managing various administrative tasks related to legal documentation and client communications.

Responsibilities

Handle travel, calendar, and expense coordination
Draft, format, and redline complex legal documents
Manage discovery processes and data rooms
Coordinate client communications and confidential documentation

Qualification

Administrative law experienceLitigation experienceMS Word proficiencyIManage familiarityDiscovery processes experienceDocument preparationProofreading

Required

5+ years of experience in a legal assistant role (law firm preferred)
Administrative law/litigation experience (PUC, SOAH, TCEQ, Railroad commission experience highly preferred)
Strong technical skills in MS Word, redlining, TOC, styles
Familiarity with iManage or similar DMS
Experience with discovery, document prep, and proofreading
