Lead with Impact: Champion a safety-first culture and guide multidisciplinary teams on complex, high-profile projects
Drive Excellence: Shape project strategies, budgets, and deliverables—ensuring top-tier quality and client satisfaction
Mentor & Inspire: Empower talented professionals and foster a culture of learning and development
Build Relationships: Cultivate lasting partnerships with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders
Innovate Solutions: Tackle technical challenges in landfill design, permitting, and construction with creativity and expertise
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (advanced degrees a plus)
10+ years of experience in civil and waste management projects
Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Ohio
Proven success managing large-scale projects, site development, permitting, and QA/QC
Deep expertise in landfill and waste management engineering
Strong knowledge of RCRA, Subtitle C & D regulations
