Moon Valley Nurseries is the largest grower of box trees and palms in North America, and is an industry leader and high growth company. They are seeking an Outside Sales Representative for their Tree Care Maintenance division to drive new business, manage renewals, and schedule appointments with various clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business in residential, HOA, and commercial sectors

Schedule and conduct on-site consultations and sales appointments

Prepare and deliver customized proposals for tree care and maintenance services

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure renewal and satisfaction

Manage and update customer information and sales activities using HubSpot and Oracle CRM

Coordinate with internal teams and field technicians using Oracle Field Service to ensure seamless service delivery

Continuously expand knowledge of trees, plants, and arboriculture best practices

Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Leverage Moon Valley Nurseries’ existing lead database while also generating your own high-quality leads
