Litigation Legal Assistant
LHH is a nationally recognized law firm seeking a Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant to support a busy team of attorneys in its Dallas office. The role involves managing legal communications, coordinating court filings, and assisting in trial preparation while ensuring attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities
Manage legal communications and coordinate court filings (state of Texas e-filing required)
Maintain attorney calendars—scheduling depositions, hearings, client meetings, and deadlines
Draft, format, revise, and proofread legal documents and correspondence
Prepare hearing, trial, and deposition notebooks, including exhibits
Organize legal files and ensure strict confidentiality
Support trial preparation and coordinate with other support staff as needed
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of defense litigation experience
Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and tech-savvy
Positive, can-do attitude—someone who enjoys working in a team-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe
Must have Texas e-filing experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
product liability or tort experience
Experience with document management systems (iManage, Aderant a plus)
