Responsibilities

Collaborate with the stakeholders to identify data needs and analyze to provide actionable insights that drive HR/Talent strategy and decision-making
Develop and scale the people data foundation by enhancing data architecture, governance, and integration across systems like Workday, Greenhouse, and OneModel
Deliver actionable insights through executive dashboards, predictive analytics, and deep-dive analyses that influence talent, performance, DEB, and workforce planning strategies
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by working closely with HR technology systems and platforms
Use data visualization tools to create reports that communicate key insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or related field/experience
4+ years of experience in people analytics within the tech, management consulting, or investment banking space
Experience with data coming from HR and Talent systems such as Workday and Greenhouse
Experience with People Data Platforms (e.g., OneModel, Visier) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate complex analyses in a clear, compelling, and actionable way to executives
