Responsibilities
Design, code, test, debug, document, and implement changes to new and existing solutions
Validate incoming data submissions
Perform unit testing of code to assure the delivery of a product that meets the user's specifications
Provides technical advice to technical leads, assisting them with high level planning and cost justifications
Leads project efforts, ensuring project requirements and timelines are met
Work with the end user analysts developing the requirements of the Data Warehouse solution
Work with Business analysts to validate processes of test cases
Maintain documentation related to the data pipeline, quality procedures and business rules, workflows, source to target mappings and architectural diagrams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of technical experience
Experience in data manipulation language, preferably Python and SQL programming or other high level languages
Experience working as a member of a Scrum development team
Must be able to work closely with all project stakeholders
A demonstrated ability to learn and acquire new technologies as needed
Preferred
Masters degree
25+ years of technical experience
Previously supported CMS CPI
Healthcare Data modeling, understanding of data structures
Claims processing knowledge
Code repositories i.e. git
