Early Team Member – GTM Consultant
Tioga GTM is a go-to-market consulting firm that prioritizes a practical and people-first approach. They are seeking a GTM consultant who will contribute to client engagement teams and help refine their delivery model while taking on increasing responsibilities based on performance.
Responsibilities
Contribute immediately as a core member of client engagement teams, typically two to four consultants
Learn and apply the Tioga GTM approach to sales effectiveness and growth strategy
Work closely with the founding team to refine and scale our delivery model
Take on increasing project and client responsibilities based on performance
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in consulting, with a focus on go-to-market strategy or commercial excellence. Experience must be primarily focused on working with Sales rather than Marketing teams
Early career consultant with history of increasing responsibility and role advancement
Experience with B2B clients, with the most relevant sectors being manufacturing, distribution, health care, business services, and technology services
Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in helping to build a firm, not just deliver projects
