As a Technical Support Engineer, you will troubleshoot customer issues, assist with setup and onboarding, and manage multiple customer tickets while ensuring high levels of organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot customer issues across networking, devices, and backend services
Assist with setup, onboarding, and configuration
Reproduce, document, and escalate bugs
Build simple scripts or tools (Python/Bash) to streamline support
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Networking, IT, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in computer networking (IP, DNS, SSL/TLS, ARP)
Proficiency in Bash, Python, and API integrations
Ability to read and understand API documentation to integrate with the Coram application
Resilient in challenging and fast-paced environments
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to influence at all levels
Ability to work in an onsite environment
