Design specialized tools, custom test stands, and precision fixtures, ensuring they meet performance, safety, and operational requirements

Analyze engineering specifications, technical drawings, and recommend design modifications that improve functionality, manufacturability, or compliance

Apply core engineering methodologies to investigate material properties, sourcing options, and equipment pricing

Identify and thoroughly research alternative tools or components that can meet the specifications outlined in the Component Maintenance Manual (CMM)

Stay updated on evolving product technologies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, ensuring engineering processes and deliverables reflect current best practices

Review and validate Maintenance Instructions, Engineering Orders, and Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM) updates

Utilize precise measurement techniques to reverse engineer special tools and fixtures

Collaborate with senior engineers to design and execute complex projects aimed at developing new capabilities and advancing technological innovations
