5+ years expLHH is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to manage litigation cases from inception through trial and resolution. The ideal candidate will support attorneys in all phases of litigation and maintain communication with clients and court personnel.

Responsibilities
Support attorneys in all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and case management
Draft and manage legal documents, pleadings, discovery responses, and correspondence
Organize and maintain case files and document databases
Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial schedules
Assist with trial preparation, exhibits, and witness coordination
Maintain communication with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel
Qualification
Required
5+ years of litigation experience in a law firm setting
Strong background in insurance defense or personal injury defense litigation
Proficiency in legal software and case management tools
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently
