Mid LevelVSE Aviation is seeking an Engine Technician III, who is an A&P-certified technician responsible for independently performing external engine builds and assisting with internal engine repair. This role requires a solid foundation in engine maintenance practices and the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
Independently build and install QEC (Quick Engine Change) components on engines, requiring only final inspection sign-off
Assist in internal engine repairs, including module removal, installation, and disassembly under guidance
Follow AMM, ESM, and OEM documentation for all maintenance tasks
Ensure accurate completion of maintenance records and documentation
Maintain compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures
Keep work areas clean and organized and adhere to all safety protocols
Support training and guidance of junior technicians as needed
Qualification
Required
A&P certification
Solid foundation in engine maintenance practices
Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
Experience in building and installing QEC components on engines
Ability to assist in internal engine repairs, including module removal, installation, and disassembly
Familiarity with AMM, ESM, and OEM documentation for maintenance tasks
