They are seeking a Student Assistance Program Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with regulations while supporting schools and community stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manages daily operations of Student Assistance Program and departmental staff

Serving as an operations contact for the staff (approving schedule changes, relaying expectations, reinforcing accountability to agency standards and expectations, providing regular consultation and direction to staff, facilitating staff meetings)

Ensuring the smooth functioning of Student Assistance Program operations (compliance with regulations, quality assurance monitoring, handling customer concerns, documentation in the medical record)

Hiring, training, and maintaining staff according to the agency's personnel policies

Supporting department staff and functions by completing some/all of these duties alongside the other staff as necessary

Creating, implementing, and ensuring efficient processes

Ability to monitor and impact the financial health of the program

Working cooperatively with schools, area stakeholders and providing positive support to the community

Sit on a Student Assistance Program team/provide liaison services as needed to the contracted schools
