Responsibilities
Assemble fuel, oil, or pneumatic accessories if designated assembler
Test fuel, oil, pneumatic accessories if designated test bench operator
Operate test equipment as needed to ensure accessories pass function test
Utilize hand tools and specialty tools for precision measurements daily
Read and interpret technical data and drawings
Generate data plates for components completed with use of a laser system
Verify all accessories are tested to the appropriate specifications to ensure airworthiness
Troubleshoot accessories failing test or set up to determine root cause of failure
Work closely with quality assurance and engineering teams to identify and resolve technical issues
Document maintenance records of all repair work orders performed
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Ability to assemble fuel, oil, or pneumatic accessories if designated assembler
Ability to test fuel, oil, pneumatic accessories if designated test bench operator
