Executive Assistant/Office Manager
Xttrium Laboratories, Inc. is a family-owned company committed to human health and a leading manufacturer of antiseptic products. They are seeking a highly organized Office Manager/Executive Assistant to support leadership and oversee daily office and business operations.
Responsibilities
Manage leadership calendars and meetings and conference support
Handle travel and expenses for key leadership roles
Plan and execute Company events and other projects in coordination with Human Resources
Help support agendas, capture action items, and assist with PowerPoint presentations
Manage daily office flow, supplies, vendors, and equipment, ensuring functionality and adherence to policy
Serves as a receptionist and first point of contact to external visitors
Support leadership communications through various channels
Other projects and duties, assigned
Qualification
Required
A minimum of an associate's degree in business or a related subject and five (5) years of experience
A minimum of a high school diploma or the equivalent with significant plus ten (10) plus years of relevant experience preferred
Ability to work Monday-Friday onsite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated self-starter with a detail-orientation approach
Ability to independently influence and lead projects to completion
Proficient in Microsoft Software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Ability to demonstrate creative thinking and resourcefulness
High discretion, professionalism, adaptability, and confidentiality
