Responsibilities
Perform a variety of administrative duties for an organization which flows internally and externally that can be applied to a business Executive (i.e., task management, file management, calendar management, scheduling, travel planning & logistics)
Utilize office automation systems to maintain records, generate reports, and/or prepare correspondence; and managing personnel actions
Serve as office coordinator, effectively communicating procedural processes, organizing office functions, oversee administrative tasks in support of the office/organization's objectives

Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must be registered or exempt from the Selective Service
A one-year probationary period may be required

Applicants must reside within 50-mile radius of the duty station to be considered for this position
This position requires occasional travel away from normal duty station. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time
To qualify at the GS-09 grade level, your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-07 grade level in the federal sector
Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work
Education cannot be substituted for experience at this grade level
