In this role, you will leverage various AI technologies to innovate game design, content creation, and iteration, while shaping an AI-native game development pipeline.

Responsibilities
Apply state-of-the-art AI innovations to redefine mobile game development, including gameplay iteration, game design, and QA infrastructure that supports long-term game growth
Continuously research emerging AI technologies, proactively experiment, track progress, and apply AI solutions and techniques to enhance game development workflows and productivity
Research and apply Generative AI models to enable content generation
Utilize machine learning techniques to optimize level design, enemy AI strategies, and automated game testing
Design and develop AI-powered internal tools to improve development efficiency
Collaborate closely with game designers, artists, and production teams to explore and implement AI-native innovations in game development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Game Development, or a related field
Strong self-motivation and curiosity in AI, with an open mindset toward adopting AI in game development and the ability to independently explore, learn, and apply AI techniques in practical scenarios
Familiarity with AI fundamentals and infrastructure, with hands-on experience in AI-generated content
Solid game development experience, familiarity with Unity, and proficiency in C#, Python, and Lua
Understanding of Generative AI applications in game development
Knowledge of reinforcement learning algorithms and generative models for game AI design
Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, artists, and production teams
Passion for games and a strong desire to innovate at the intersection of AI and game development
Preferred
Experience developing games using AI-generated content (AIGC) and AI-assisted coding tools
Proven experience leading or contributing to AI-native game projects or building AI-native game prototypes
Knowledge of AI-powered 2D asset creation, 3D modeling, and animation techniques for game development
Publications, talks, or open-source contributions related to AI, machine learning, or game development
