Responsibilities
Assemble all fuel controls, or all governors, or all fuel, oil, or air accessories if designated assembler
Test limited fuel controls, or limited governors, or all fuel, oil, air accessories if designated test bench operator
Operate test equipment as needed to ensure accessories pass function test
Utilize hand tools and specialty tools for precision measurements daily
Read and interpret technical data and drawings
Generate data plates for components completed with use of a laser system
Verify all accessories are tested to the appropriate specifications to ensure airworthiness
Troubleshoot accessories failing test or set up to determine root cause of failure
Work closely with quality assurance and engineering teams to identify and resolve technical issues
Document maintenance records of all repair work orders performed
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Ability to assemble all fuel controls, governors, or fuel, oil, or air accessories
Ability to test limited fuel controls, governors, or fuel, oil, air accessories
Experience operating test equipment to ensure accessories pass function test
Proficiency in utilizing hand tools and specialty tools for precision measurements
Ability to read and interpret technical data and drawings
Experience generating data plates for components using a laser system
Ability to verify all accessories are tested to appropriate specifications for airworthiness
Experience troubleshooting accessories failing tests or setups to determine root cause of failure
Ability to work closely with quality assurance and engineering teams to resolve technical issues
Experience documenting maintenance records of all repair work orders performed
