The Site Project Manager will be responsible for on-the-ground engagement and coordination of local deployment operations of an industrial facility, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

Conducting near-daily visits to build site to meet with contractor representatives, assess performance against plans, and resolve or escalate any identified variances

Auditing contractor compliance to safety and quality requirements

Identifying potential risks or issues in advance, and developing associated mitigation strategies

Hosting stakeholder visits to build site and office

Coordinating logistics for a office near the build site

Supporting work by Oklo Government Affairs and Community Affairs Teams by representing Oklo at local meetings and events

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, ideally Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar

Prior experience managing construction projects

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical and design documentation

Experienced with planning or overseeing construction projects

Experienced with contractor or supplier management

Mission-driven, with grit to overcome obstacles to drive projects to success

A skilled negotiator, with conflict resolution experience

Passionate about energy

Willing and eager to learn quickly

Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic startup work environment
