TRAINING PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
USAJOBS is seeking a Training Program Management Specialist to serve as the Wing Commander's single point of contact for the 82 TRW on international training program management and resources oversight. The role involves planning and overseeing training support requirements, analyzing data for instructional systems, and representing the organization in various capacities.

Responsibilities
Plans, organizes, and oversees the total international training support requirements (i.e., personnel, equipment, facilities, budget, and other resource requirements) for training in the 82d Training Wing
Reviews and analyzes technical and economic data to support the acquisition of complex, multi-functionalinstructional systems equipment and services for the 82d Training Wing
Represents the 82d Training Operations Organization with a variety of installation and functional area organizations
Identifies, develops and recommends to Wing senior leadership significant and educationally meaningful solutions to international training resources/requirements problems

Employee must be willing and able to travel by military and commercial air
The work requires employee to drive a motor vehicle. A valid driver's license is required
Must be able and willing to submit to a background investigation to verify suitability for employment
Limited area of consideration to Command-Wide (AETC) AF Internal or AF DCIPS Candidates only. Applicants must be a current member of AETC to be eligible
Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower grade GS-11, or equivalent in other pay systems
Knowledge of training administration policies and procedures, and training resources programs, principles and policies
Knowledge of the principles, practices and techniques of instruction to include use of technology for design and delivery of training
Ability to recognize and analyze problems, conducts research, summarize results, and develop timely and economical solutions
Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing
Ability to analyze, evaluate, and accomplish RSAF training studies and projects
Working knowledge of the procedures for preparing solicitation documents necessary to satisfy operational requirements
