Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of fire sprinkler projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution
Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide tailored fire protection solutions
Utilize project management tools to track progress, stay on budget, and meet deadlines
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Prepare and present proposals that align with client needs and industry standards
Communicate effectively with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction
Prospect and develop new business opportunities for Regional Fire Protection
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth
Leverage Salesforce CRM and other prospecting tools to identify and pursue leads

Required

3-5+ years in construction project management, preferably in fire protection
Strong understanding of fire sprinkler systems, and clean agent systems is a bonus
Able to work independently while managing multiple projects effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients and teams
Able to work within Salesforce CRM and project management software
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits
Availability to work in an office environment Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexibility for site visits as needed
