Responsibilities

New Business Intake: Validate client/matter information, conduct corporate research, run conflicts checks, and prepare reports for attorney review
New Hire Clearances: Process conflicts for incoming attorneys and staff, review questionnaires, and draft ethical walls or consents
Additional Duties: Maintain data integrity, assist with consent documentation, and collaborate on process improvements

Required

Bachelor's degree required
Experience with law firm new business intake processes
Strong corporate/legal research skills
Ability to build effective relationships across attorneys, staff, and operations
