They are looking for a Production Assistant/Graphic Designer to handle production tasks and assist with graphic design as needed, requiring experience in the print industry and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

Print finishing and bindery duties such as cutting, folding, stapling, padding, etc
Assisting in the preparation and printing of digital files, checking fonts, links, and colors, creating bleeds, crops, and imposing art when required
Creating custom quotes based on specified job requirements
Communicating courteously with clients to assist them with the creation of their jobs
Reviewing job specifications from work orders and ensuring that client files are accurate and the finished job exceeds customer expectations
Equipment maintenance and inventory management
Designing logos and print collateral
General shop cleaning and organization

Qualification

Adobe Creative SuiteInDesignIllustratorDigital printingCustomer serviceOrganizational skillsTime managementCommunication skills

Required

1+ years of experience within the print industry, digital printing preferred
Experience and training in the Adobe Creative Suite, primarily InDesign and Illustrator
Great attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Passion for print and promotional product design and production
Excellent customer service and communication skills to effectively work in a team environment
Professional appearance

Preferred

1+ years of recent professional work experience in printing, preferred
