Responsibilities

Lead and support daily operations of a fully remote locum recruiting team
Serve as the primary operational point of contact for recruiting-related issues
Ensure alignment with company policies, compliance standards, and client expectations
Monitor recruiter workloads, priorities, and performance to ensure timely coverage
Oversee end-to-end locum recruiting workflows from job intake through placement
Ensure consistent use of ATS, CRM, and internal recruiting tools
Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to increase speed and efficiency
Partner with leadership to standardize recruiting best practices
Track and analyze recruiting KPIs (fill rates, time-to-fill, submittals, pipeline health)
Prepare and present operational performance reports
Hold recruiters accountable to productivity and service-level expectations
Support forecasting and resource planning
Coach, mentor, and provide operational guidance to remote recruiters
Support onboarding and ramp-up of new team members
Foster a collaborative, accountable, and results-driven remote culture
Escalate performance or resource issues as appropriate
Collaborate with sales, account management, credentialing, and compliance teams
Ensure smooth handoffs and communication across fully remote teams
Support urgent and high-priority staffing needs

Required

3–5+ years of locum tenens or healthcare staffing experience
Experience in a senior recruiter, lead, or operational role
Strong understanding of locum recruiting workflows, credentialing, and compliance
Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and remote collaboration tools
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Experience leading or mentoring remote recruiting teams
Background in process improvement or recruiting operations
Experience supporting high-volume staffing environments
