Enterprise Sales Manager - Kochi (Remote)
Digitap.ai is an Enterprise SaaS company specializing in AI/ML and Alternate Data Solutions for fintech businesses. They are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and effectively position their solutions in the market.

Responsibilities
Be the first contact point for any new leads and effectively the face of the company. Excellent written and spoken communication skills are a must
Be primarily responsible for opening new accounts and sustaining strategic customer relationships by selling Digitap.ai’s complete portfolio of solutions
Deliver on the tactical sales plans, following up on new business opportunities, and setting up meetings and product demos as necessary
Make Digitap.ai a top recall in the Fintech/NBFC/BFSI fabric of the assigned territory
Carry a sales target and strive to hit the target as often as possible
Act as a bridge between customers and the product team when it comes to feedback and product customizations
Position Digitap.ai effectively to win additional revenue from existing customers through upselling new products and solutions launched by Digitap
Build strong relationships with customers so that they can advocate for their Digitap.ai success with other prospects
Be a leader at industry events/conferences by actively networking and evangelizing Digitap.ai’s value proposition
Provide prompt updates of every action item/customer detail with regular (fortnightly/monthly) reports to be presented to the reporting manager/management
Stay abreast with current affairs, especially within and around the BFSI sector in India
Drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing large fintech, banking, and NBFC client
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers
Understand client pain points and position Digitap.ai’s solutions effectively
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging fintech innovations
Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to business expansion
Work closely with the product and marketing teams to align sales strategies with business goals
Qualification
Required
Experience: 3+ years in fintech sales
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of SaaS, API-based fintech solutions, and digital lending
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in B2B solution sales, especially in financial services
Networking: Good connections within banking, NBFC, and the broader fintech ecosystem
Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
Location: Kochi
Preferred
Candidates with fluency in Malayalam will be given preference
