Lead your team to consistently meet and exceed ambitious sales targets
Mentor and develop your Regional Territory Managers into top performers
Identify and capitalise on emerging market opportunities
Build the kind of forecasting and KPI tracking that gives you control of your destiny
Qualification
Required
Deep understanding of the industrial and manufacturing landscape across the United States
Progressive sales experience with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams
You've consistently achieved and exceeded sales targets – and you have the numbers to prove it
You analyse markets, spot opportunities, and turn insights into action
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills that win over partners and colleagues alike
You know how to influence across departments and get buy-in for your vision
