Responsibilities

Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company objectives

Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitor activities

Utilize data and analytics to optimize business development efforts and adjust strategies accordingly

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, including hospitals, case managers, physicians, assisted living communities, and home health agencies

Collaborate with leadership to design service line expansions, specialty programs, and community initiatives

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of business development professionals

Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and accountability

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of business strategies

Drive revenue growth by expanding client base and strengthening referral relationships

Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports on business development performance
