Caring Transitions of Houston Metro & Sugar Land is dedicated to serving the senior population and their families by providing relocation and estate liquidation services. The Transition Specialist will provide excellent customer service, assist in household sorting and organizing, and coordinate senior relocations and resettlements.

Family

Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service to our clients, customers, and team!
Photographing items for online estate sale auctions, writing descriptions, and posting to our online auction platform using tablets and other electronic devices
Professionally packing/unpacking household goods
Assisting in household sorting and organizing
Preparing homes for liquidations of all types including online auctions and clean outs
Serving as staff for our online auction pickups
Coordinating and assisting in senior relocations and resettlements

Required

Excellent customer service skills
Professional attitude and demeanor
Strong character and integrity
Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
Technical ability to work well on smart devices / tablets and apps for auction processing
Excellent communication skills and written skills
Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Physical ability - including prolonged standing, repetitive bending, some climbing, and lifting up to 25 lbs
Willing to work in dirty and/or cluttered environments when needed
Reliable transportation
Valid Driver's License
Smart phone access
Must pass background check
