1+ years expSimon Group Holdings is seeking a Field Technician for Plum Gas Solutions who will provide virtual and on-site operational and technical support related to natural gas processing equipment. The role involves troubleshooting, performing mechanical repairs, and ensuring continuous operation of the company’s field equipment while collaborating with customers and the technical support team.

Responsibilities
Provide technical service and customer support in the field, including mobilization/demobilization and operation and maintenance of natural gas pressure regulation systems, conditioning equipment, compressors, CNG trailers and other gas equipment as needed
Perform monthly, quarterly and annual preventative maintenance on natural gas pressure regulation systems according to defined procedures
Monitor operating equipment using Scada telemetry systems
Collaborate with the technical support team to diagnose and resolve complex issues
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues
Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and respond to their inquiries
Assist in remote monitoring and troubleshooting
Maintain spare parts and equipment inventory
Keep detailed time sheets and work orders to ensure accurate billing to customers
Document service and maintenance activities, including service reports, parts usage, and equipment records
Demonstrate the ability and willingness to travel as necessary
Complete all mandatory safety training and adhere to the Company’s Health & Safety Program
Provide technical training and guidance to clients on equipment operation and maintenance
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED, or three (3) years of relevant work experience, required
Valid state-issued driver's license, required
One (1) or more years of experience working with gas processing equipment
Proven experience as a Field Technician or in a related role
Attention to detail

Problem solving capability
Preferred
Associate's degree in engineering technology or a related field a plus
