Responsibilities
Prepare, install, and oversee the deployment of the Cured-In-Place (CIPP) liners into pipes, using specialized equipment
Operate curing equipment (e.g., steam, hot water, or UV light systems) to ensure that the liner hardens and sets properly, guaranteeing long-term performance and durability
Conduct thorough inspections of pipeline conditions before and after the liner installation to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications
Identify and resolve any technical issues that arise during the installation or curing process to prevent delays and maintain quality standards
Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your team
Maintain detailed records of work performed, including materials used, curing times, and inspection results, ensuring proper documentation for project completion
Work closely with project managers, crew members, and other technicians to ensure smooth and efficient project execution
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in pipeline rehabilitation or a related field, preferably with experience in Cure in Place Lining techniques
Strong understanding of trenchless technologies, including the installation and curing of CIPP liners, and familiarity with associated equipment
Ability to lift heavy materials, work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety on job sites and adherence to all company and industry safety practices
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient project completion
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
