Partner Sales Manager

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic partnership strategy aligned with the organization’s goals
Identify potential partnership opportunities and evaluate their fit with organizational priorities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and industry influencers
Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring their needs and expectations are met
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of strategic partnerships, including technology partners, data partners, system integrators, and industry influencers
Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to ensure adherence and optimize partner satisfaction and performance
Drive revenue growth and other measurable outcomes through successful partnerships

Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, strategic partnerships, or related role
Ability to operate with a high degree of independence to identify and evaluate new business opportunities, build partnership strategy, assess market opportunity / competitive landscape, and develop financial / business models
Consistent track record of building high trust relationships and driving consensus internally across product, marketing, legal, finance, sales and more; proficiency leading discussions about complex business decisions with executive leadership
Experience in negotiating complex legal agreements with large, strategic partners
Ability to act as a creative, strategic problem solver, proactively seeking opportunities to positively impact the business
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and make data-driven decisions

Preferred

Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and other relevant tools
