Responsibilities
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to meet customer-specific quality requirements
Analyze customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities
Monitor and evaluate risk mitigation measures for manufacturing processes
Maintain and update PFMEA to track and minimize risks
Interpret quality data and recommend process improvements
Support Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement initiatives
Conduct root cause analysis using tools like 5 Whys and fishbone diagrams
Provide training on process performance monitoring and improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Operations or related field
Experience in quality processes and SAP Quality Module
Prior experience with SAP S4/HANA systems
Knowledge of quality management concepts and industry standards
Certification or experience in problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies
Ability to address quality issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
