Responsibilities
Assist with the design and permitting process to create a successful project
Work with both landscape architect and civil engineering teams on multiple site development projects of varying natures through the United States
Communicate effectively across multiple demographics
Demonstrate problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Exhibit strong organizational and project management skills
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture or the equivalent
0-2 years of professional experience as a landscape architect or equivalent
Exceptional AutoCAD technical drawing and digital production skills
Exceptional graphic presentation skills including hand drawing and high-quality illustrations
Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering skills (Lumion, Sketchup, or similar preferred)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
Proven experience with construction detailing and construction documentation
Strong organizational and project management skills
Professional oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Creative design sensibilities and attention to detail
Knowledge of horticulture and regional plant material
Enthusiasm and a drive to exceed expectations
