Listen Labs is an AI-powered research platform that helps teams uncover insights from customer interviews in hours — not months. The Growth Lead will work directly with the Head of Growth to scale the company and will be responsible for designing multi-channel campaigns, planning events, and launching impactful content.

Responsibilities

Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (AEO/SEO, SEM, social, growth hacks) to drive qualified leads

Plan and execute conferences, events, and supporting email marketing with a data-driven approach to maximize pipeline impact

Launch high-impact content – webinars, case studies, blog posts, white papers – that showcase Listen’s value and voice and power our performance marketing and outbound campaigns

Ideate and implement rapid-testing frameworks to identify and scale the most effective acquisition channels

Collaborate with product and engineering to enhance viral loops, in-product engagement, and conversion flows

Work with Heads of Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer journey

Required

Min. 2+ years in B2B SaaS growth marketing, ideally with experience reaching product, design, or marketing teams

You're hands-on and resourceful – comfortable shifting between high-level strategy and execution, from writing copy to optimizing campaigns yourself

You're analytical and creative, able to blend data-driven decision-making with storytelling and intuition

You move fast, seek clarity, and thrive in ambiguous, high-growth environments where priorities evolve quickly

You care deeply about craft and impact, not just output – you take pride in doing great work, even on small details

You're curious and collaborative – eager to learn from teammates across functions and energized by talking to customers to understand their needs and shape campaigns that drive growth
