Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience programming in Python and modern programming languages
Prior professional experience working with Gen AI, LLMs and SLMs
Tangible experience working with ETL, relational databases, SQL, NoSQL or MongoDB
Ability to rapidly spin-up POCs
Experience using AI to accelerate your coding (i.e. Cursor, Claude Code)
Desire to work with machine learning tools
Prior professional experience with cloud environments (i.e. AWS, GCP)
A bachelors or higher in computer science or a related field
Must have excellent communication skills
