Responsibilities
Responsible for aligning technical strategies with PM PNT and broader Army objectives, driving the adoption of modular and open systems architectures, and ensuring successful achievement of milestone decisions and COE updates
Serves as the primary liaison between PM PNT, ASA(ALT), PEOs, and AFC stakeholders, fostering cross-PEO coordination and synchronization
Oversees the development of concept and requirements analysis, systems design, modeling & simulation, and integration/test strategies, while ensuring robust security practices and effective communication through briefings, reporting, and knowledge management systems
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
Fifteen (15) years of related experience
Demonstrated strong leadership skills to guide technical teams, collaborate with stakeholders across multiple PEOs, and contribute to the development of the PNT Enterprise architecture and strategy
