Responsibilities

Leading requirements gathering for complex finance-related initiatives
Writing functional and technical specifications in an Agile environment
Collaborating on system design, including workflows, configurations, and integrations
Supporting Salesforce-to-finance system flows, including billing and invoicing
Acting as a trusted partner to Finance stakeholders, including senior leaders
Supporting strategic initiatives such as financial system upgrades and new capabilities
Ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and alignment with accounting principles
Helping move Finance away from reactive break-fix work toward scalable solutions

Required

5+ years of Business Systems Analyst or Systems Analyst experience
Hands-on experience supporting Finance functions such as GL, AR, AP, billing, tax, or collections
Salesforce experience in a complex enterprise environment
Experience working with financial platforms such as Zuora, Certinia, or similar
Ability to analyze data, understand system flows, and identify root causes
Experience writing clear requirements, process flows, and specifications
Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
Comfort working with senior stakeholders and leadership

Preferred

Direct Zuora experience, especially billing, invoicing, or workflows
SQL or data analysis experience
Power BI familiarity
Prior consulting background
IIBA or PMI-PBA certification
