Responsibilities

Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business across leading brands and media agencies
Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets
Leverage your network to accelerate adoption of Yieldmo's creative-first, premium supply solutions
Craft thoughtful, data-backed proposals that connect client needs to Yieldmo's differentiated value
Develop and deepen long-term partnerships across agencies and client organizations
Partner closely with Sales, Account Management, Ad Operations, Planning, and Technical Account Management for seamless campaign execution
Oversee campaign delivery, ensuring accuracy, performance, and clear expectation-setting throughout
Represent Yieldmo at industry events and in-person meetings to strengthen market presence
Stay current on industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategy and client conversations

Qualification

Media sales experienceEstablished relationshipsUnderstanding media landscapeStrategic thinkingClear communication

Required

2–5+ years of successful media sales experience with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
Established relationships across brands and media agencies and experience selling managed brand or performance media
Understanding of the media landscape—including programmatic buying, measurement, ad formats, and channels such as display, video, CTV, web, and mobile
Operate with ownership and initiative, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Communicate clearly and confidently, building trust internally and externally
Willing and able to travel for client meetings and industry events
